The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's only a short 10-minute walk away from the Main Bus and Train Station, as well as the Ferry Port. It's also conveniently located near grocery shops, a vegetable market, and a restaurant, so everything you need is just steps away.
Lack of natural light.

The value for money was really good, with a spacious and well-equipped unit that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, ferry terminal, and bus terminal. Pera and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our entire stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The apartment had a lovely patio and seating area, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The location was great, with grocery shops and a restaurant just steps away. I had the entire apartment to myself, which was a nice bonus.
Oh, I just loved not having any cons! It was all just so perfect, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Split. The location was fantastic, close to all the attractions and transportation options, yet still quiet and safe. The host, Pera, was lovely and cute, even providing us with refreshing cold water and delicious fruit from her garden. The apartment itself was small but had enough space for two people, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom had all the necessary essentials, including a washing machine. Plus, there were plenty of towels, which came in handy when we got caught in the rain. I would definitely recommend this apartment for its good value for money in a great location.
One drawback was the lack of natural light in the apartment, as the bedroom window faced a wall. The only source of light was the main door with blinds for privacy.

The location of the apartment is ideal, as it is very very near to the Old Town and the main square in Split. it is adjacent to the Promenade, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot. the apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with cooking utensils, a TV, and a big shower. the hostess, Mrs Pera, is very friendly and welcoming.
One potential downside is the lack of natural light in the apartment, especially for those staying on the ground floor.

The lack of natural light in the ground floor apartment might be a downside for some guests, as it can make the space feel like it's late in the evening.
